You can return your items, unused and in original conditions, within 30 days from the date on your order confirmation email. All returned items must be unused, with the original packaging. You will need an outer box to protect the eyewear, to prevent any transportation damages. Our customer service will provide you a return label. Returns are free of charge for all EU orders; for returns outside EU the return amount is state sensitive and will be subtracted from the final refund amount.Few readersHow to arrange a return correctly
Make sure that the item is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Pack it in the original box or in any other rigid box and be sure to stick the return label.
