How to arrange a return correctly

Make sure that the item is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Pack it in the original box or in any other rigid box and be sure to stick the return label.

Please keep in mind that, once we receive your return, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. If you want to know the costs before purchasing, please contact our customer service.
