How to arrange a return correctly

Accepted Answer

Make sure that the item is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Pack it in the original box or in any other rigid box and be sure to stick the return label.  Please keep in mind that, once we receive your return, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. If you want to know the costs before purchasing, please contact our customer service.

Returns are free of charge for all EU orders; for returns outside EU the return amount is state sensitive and will be subtracted from the final refund amount.

You will receive and email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Placing an order

Once you found the product or the products you would like to purchase, please select the red button "Add to cart". Once finished, if you wish to checkout click on "cart" on the top right of the screen. Check your items and, if they are correct, select "Go to checkout". Enter your personal details and payment informations as well as any discount code, if you have one. Click on "Pay Now". Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Adding items to an order

Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to change it. If you wish to buy any additional item you would need to place a new order.

You can return your items, unused and in original conditions, within 30 days from the date on your order confirmation email.
